2. Data used when you visit
The web server and hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser information, and technical error information to deliver the website, protect it, and diagnose problems. The basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functioning website.
This website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, remote fonts, embedded maps, or account registration. We do not use this website for automated decisions about you or profiling.
3. Contacting us
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, company, and project information. We use it to respond and discuss a possible engagement. This is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a general enquiry.
The project brief composer runs in your browser. It does not submit data to our server. Selecting “Open email draft” passes your brief to your email application; a message is sent only when you send it there. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
4. Cookies and browser storage
With your permission, we store a first-party cookie that remembers your cookie notice choice for 180 days. If you continue without that cookie, we remember the dismissal only for the current browser tab using session storage. Neither stores your project brief. 5. Recipients and transfers
Website hosting and email service providers may process technical information or correspondence to provide their services. Information may also be shared where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention
We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry or engagement, and where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Technical logs are retained only as needed for security and troubleshooting under the hosting configuration. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
