The game exists for personal entertainment. Scores, levels, Fruit Stars and unlocked milestones are counters inside your browser — they hold no value anywhere else and cannot be traded, transferred or exchanged for goods or services.

Cactus Moon is served as it is. We test it on current mobile and desktop browsers, but we do not promise flawless behaviour on every device, screen or connection, and we are not liable for a run interrupted by something outside the page.
